The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Cantinho do Auka - Studio

O Cantinho do Auka é um espaço único, com toda a infra-estrutura para receber nossos hóspedes proporcionando uma estadia confortável e segura. Localizado na freguesia de Esgueira, a cerca de 8 minutos de carro do centro turistico da cidade. Trata-se de um sobrado, onde o espaço destinado ao hóspede está localizado no res do chão, sendo os pisos superiores destinado a morada dos anfitriões. Ou seja, o hóspede tem total privacidade. Somente a porta de entrada é compartilhada com os anfitriões.

Located on the first floor, this apartment can host 4 guests and features air conditioning, a washer, a meditation room/mini gym, and a balcony facing Rua Santa catarina. The lower-floor bedroom opens to the living room via a pocket door, while the upstairs suite has a private balcony. Near the Bolhão Market, Aliados and the Douro River. For guests traveling with little ones, a baby pack is available on request (€25) (cot with linen, high chair, bathtub, baby amenities, and a baby towel).

Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
