Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Süßes kleines altes Haus mit Kaminholzofen im Wohnzimmer und schönem Garten. Minigolfplatz und Tennisplatz ist in der Nähe. Der größte Abenteuerspielplatz der Stadt ist nur 20 Meter entfernt. Der Fluß Isar ist 100 Meter entfernt. Hier können Sie in der früh laufen gehen und den 10 Minuten Radweg in die historische Innenstadt nehmen. Very nice place very close to Munich! Nice garden and nice house for family and for business mans! In the apartement 3 rooms, 1 toilette, 1 badhroom and tee kitchen. You can stated the Kitchen only have microwave, guest can heat up the food . The white room inculded big terasse with smoking area! The prices: The Pink room for 2 persons, the White room for 2 persons and the Panic room for 2 persons from 55 Euro/ night. The whole apartement incl. 3 rooms for 6 persons from 165 Euro/ night.
