Una parte di casa a piano terra di 120 mq, calda e accogliente, con un immenso giardino per chi è amante del verde, parcheggio auto all interno dell abitazione possibilità di arrivare al mare percorrendo la pista ciclabile con soli 7 km, si possono avere in dotazione anche delle biciclette, fermata autobus a 50 metri per poter arrivare dove si vuole, Venezia 50km, Treviso 35 km, Padova 65 km, possibilità di ospitare anche animali di piccola /media taglia. Sarà mia premura coccolarvi al meglio.

We are located just 10 minutes from Jesolo and near the seaside resorts of Caorle, Eraclea Mare, and Cavallino, with a wide availability of cycling routes in the Venetian lagoon. The train station, with daily connections to Venice, can be reached in a few kilometers by car. The McArthur Glen outlet is just 10 minutes away. The 75-square-meter apartment features an entrance with a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Restaurants, bars, typical Venetian taverns, and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. NB : NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 PM

Appartamentino a Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Unique house in the heart of Veneto

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Situata nella campagna veneta e dotata di parco con tavolo da ping pong e parcheggio non coperto, Casa gialla nel verde offre - al primo piano raggiungibile con comoda scala esterna - 1 ampia camera matrimoniale (17 mq) e 1 ampia camera singola (13 mq) con vista sul giardino-1 cucina completa. Le camere sono dotate di connessione WiFi e aria condizionata indipendente. Il bagno a solo uso degli e delle ospiti, con doccia e bidet, è provvisto di asciugacapelli, sapone e shampoo.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

Questo appartamento mansardato è adatto per 2 o 3 persone. Si trova al secondo piano, offre un posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà ed a pochi passi dal mare e dalla vicina zona pedonale centrale dove è possibile trovare ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La fermata del Bus, a pochi metri, permette di raggiungere il vicino centro commerciale in dieci minuti mentre un negozio di alimentari e un negozio per noleggiare biciclette è sotto casa.
