This stylish and spacious apartment is overlooking a picturesque canal full of lively bars & restaurants. A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

La Salute Luxury Apartment

Appartamento di lusso con terrazza privata e splendida vista, a pochi passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, insieme al pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero gruppo e soggiorno) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune di Venezia A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. E' disponibile uno spazio per depositare le valigie.

Affascinante secondo Piano nobile di un Antico Palazzo gotico del XIV secolo appartenuto al doge Alvise Pisani, di notevoli dimensioni (500mq). L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone d’ingresso, un’ampia sala da pranzo,un luminoso salone con poggiolo e splendida vista sul canale, bellissima terrazza con vista sul canale. Spaziosa cucina accessoriata, tre camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, due ampi bagni E’ stato sede di esposizioni di Biennale e set di film. Non c’è l’ascensore

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Canal View Residence

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Casa vacanze Ginkgo House

We are located just 10 minutes from Jesolo and near the seaside resorts of Caorle, Eraclea Mare, and Cavallino, with a wide availability of cycling routes in the Venetian lagoon. The train station, with daily connections to Venice, can be reached in a few kilometers by car. The McArthur Glen outlet is just 10 minutes away. The 75-square-meter apartment features an entrance with a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a private bathroom.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
