Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

And just a 15 minute drive to Lourdes Hospital, UHS and Binghamton Central. The finger lakes wineries are just a one-hour scenic drive from here.
