Elyria, OH Private, Entire 2nd Floor, 2 bdrm Apt.

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for 2 (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage, no pets, no smoking, no parties. Two queen beds. Smart TV, no cable (guests use own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting, and a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional train noise from 1/4 miles away, white noise machine and earplugs available. Our office is on the 1st floor.

Welcome to our sweet little retreat! Our historic home used to be a school, then a church, and now it's a special little retreat! We created a beautiful space that's great for wedding weekends, family reunions, cedar point trips, and any kind of friends and family get together. We are very close to Oberlin College & Valley of the Eagle Country club making it the perfect home for family gatherings coming in to celebrate! Over 50+ happy families loved their stay with us, be our next guest!

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Studio apt near Cedar Point & Cleveland w/ Sauna

We purchased this amazing property in March 2024. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. We will continue to update the space and the property. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Spiral staircase may be difficult for pets and elderly. Tons of on-site parking available for campers, u-hauls or boats!!
