Beautiful villa in the best location in Marbella: 4 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to Puerto Banus and its beautiful beach, 100 meters from the big supermarket Mercadona and many restaurants and pubs, and next to a bus stop. Private and quiet, it has a garden and swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Decorated with taste and with all the amenities you need, it is perfect for families or a group of friends. The sofa-bed allows for a 9th person to sleep if necessary.

Modern villa between Marbella and Estepona, 10 minutes by car from Puerto Banus, 5 minutes to the sea. The house has three bedrooms - each with its own bathroom and a private terrace with access to the pool, a large living room with an open kitchen with panoramic windows overlooking the garden and pool. There is a barbecue area, a Balinese bed, and private parking. Gibraltar Airport is 55 km away and Malaga Airport is 55 km away (80 km). Ideal for couples as all rooms have a separate entrance.
