Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

Situated on a car friendly track approx 6 mins drive from Alora town. Even in winter months, the temperature is +10° than official temperature, heated pool (10x5m)

It's just 25 minutes drive from Marbella, and 35 minutes driving from Malaga but is worlds away, down a private, rustic track, in a secluded position, surrounded by olive & almond trees, ancient Spanish oaks and country cottages.

Impressive villa with a central Andalusian patio in the heart of Malaga with unique views of the sea and the bay, in the famous area of Pedregalejo-Baños del Carmen. Located in a privileged enclave, near the sea and surrounded by green areas with the wonderful "El Morlaco" park full of flora and fauna where you can walk or do any sport in the middle of nature. A few minutes' walk away there are shops, restaurants and a promenade. By car 10 minutes from the historic center.

Located on a hillside with beautiful views, it consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This incredible villa is located just 20 minutes by car from Malaga airport and the beach, and only half an hour from Marbella. An ideal place for a vacation in both summer and winter with the incredible indoor fireplace. One week here will not be enough!
