This furnished 1-Queen bedroom efficiency apartment with 1 bath and approx. 300 sq. ft. Also includes a small sofa bed (full) for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-3 total. It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Roku Streaming TVs in the bedroom and living room.

You are minutes from boat launches to fish, kayak, or canoe the Muskegon River, Croton or Hardy Pond. The North Country Trail and the new 40-mile Dragon Trail are less than 15 minutes away for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful relaxation at the River Valley View cabin. Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
