Located just 2 miles from Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail, on the Eagle-Vail golf course. In the winter time, the golf course is the perfect spot for snowshoeing and sledding! In the summer, enjoy golf, the nearby community pool or hikes right from the house.

Lock off basement within walking distance to Colorado river and hiking trails. Just a 20 minute drive from Glenwood Springs and 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek and a little over 1 hour from Aspen. The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Great Edwards location. Gondola! Air Conditioning in upper and main level. Beautiful, spacious home in Edwards. Surrounded by natural vegetation with common deer sightings. Great place for a large family or multiple families. Quick access to Hwy 6. . .located in a quiet neighborhood. Located just up the hill from Riverwalk, one of Edwards' great commercial areas with Starbucks, restaurants, a grocery store and movie theater. Sorry, firepit is not available summer 2026.

Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
