Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Explore Edinburgh from a Grand Georgian Home

Ground floor 1 bed Georgian drawing room flat in the heart of Stockbridge. Deluxe king size bed that can be made into twin beds if you would prefer. Separate bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Bright spacious living room with concealed integrated kitchen. Perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. You have the flat all to yourselves. We live just a few doors away from the flat so if you need anything during your stay, just let us know. Stockbridge truly is a village in the heart of the city, with everything Edinburgh has to offer right on the doorstep. Edinburgh is best explored on foot so bring comfy shoes and be prepared for some hills ! Taxis and buses are however plentiful with a bus stop right outside the flat taking you to Leith where you can visit the Royal Yacht Britannia. The heart of the city is a comfortable 20 minutes walk from the flat and to the North, Edinburgh’s stunning botanic gardens are only 15 minutes by foot. Parking outside the Flat is free on single yellow lines after 5.30pm and there are no parking restrictions at weekends from 5.30pm on Friday until 8.30am on Sunday morning. Metered parking is available in the neighbouring street. Meters operate from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Stockbridge is right on your doorstep and on Raeburn Place you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and food convenience stores. You can walk into the heart of Edinburgh ( Princes St and the castle ) in 20minutes from the Flat. Edinburgh’s botanical gardens are also just a 15 minute walk away.

DeanVillage.. river balcony, free private parking

Central riverside balcony apartment located in the heart of the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site of Dean Village. One of the most picturesque and oldest areas of Edinburgh with its narrow cobbled streets steeped in history. The outlook over the village and the river make this a rare and sought after setting. Dean Village is the most idyllic central location in Edinburgh with Princes Street being only a short 6 min walk away. Haymarket train station is within walking distance of the apartment.

Comfortable flat, central location with view.

Very centrally located, generously sized, fully equipped 2-story apartment with private direct access, views of Holyrood park and Salisbury Crags enjoyable from the balcony, lounge and master bedroom. A few minutes walk to Dynamic Earth, Royal Mile, Scottish Parliament Building, Holyrood Palace and many other tourist attractions. The area is also host to an array of dining and shopping options. The flat is comfortable, newly decorated and the perfect location to explore the beauty of Edinburgh.

Luxury City Centre Coach House, garden & balconies

The Coach House is a luxury 18th century Coach house which has been renovated and modernised to an extremely high standard and is situated in the vibrant Broughton area of Edinburgh based in the heart of the city centre. Princess Street is a mere 10 minutes walk away and Queen Street tram stop is only a 5 minute walk away. The stylish property has its own main entrance, is arranged over 2 floors with its own private rear garden and 2 sunny balconies making it a truly unique place to stay.

Recently renovated, this charming one bedroom flat is ideally located in the centre of Edinburgh and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The flat has its own front door and a private patio to the rear with table and chairs. The flat has everything you need to make your stay in Edinburgh comfortable and enjoyable. There is a spacious double bedroom, a separate working area with desk and a contemporary kitchen with a table for two. The seating area is cosy and welcoming.

Luxurious modern apartment in Edinburgh's fashionable West End - a few minutes walk from Princes Street and the Castle, both train stations, and all that Edinburgh has to offer. Comprising the entire garden level of a Grade A-listed Georgian townhouse, the flat is spacious and tastefully decorated with a large private outdoor garden and off-street parking. Central Edinburgh New Town Apartment

Enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer from this city center apartment in a converted Georgian town house. Just 5 minutes' walk from Princes Street, 2 minutes' from the St James Quarter and 1 minute from the tram (to/from the airport). There is easy access to a private front entrance down a short set of stairs and private rear access with patio and one parking space. It offers spacious and stylish accommodation that is my happy place and could also be yours!
