This is a spacious lower level of a newly built home. This private guest area has a lounge, dinning, and kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and a bathroom. Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. You have a grocery store, dollar store, Target, Walgreens, Planet Fitness, and restaurants in five minutes. Historic Havre de Grace, Ripken Stadium, Vineyards, Boating, and Golfing, only ten minutes. Baltimore and Stadiums are only 35 minutes down I95. The house is spotless and fully loaded with all the comforts of home—pet and chemical-free space.

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a lovely, safe suburban neighborhood. Guest will enjoy the lovely garden setting and patio. Only a short drive to The Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium,Johns Hopkins, just to name a few. Guests will definitely feel right at home with free wi fi ,HBO and Showtime. We are a retired couple who reside in the upper level of this house. The apartment is spacious and completely private with a well appointed full kitchen

Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

Enjoy nature as you relax outside by the fire pit or stroll down to the ‘point’ to take in wildlife, or take a kayak out to explore the creek and water fowl. Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.

The owners live upstairs, but the spaces are distinct, private and separated by a heavy curtain. Very little noise bleeds through.
