This is a spacious lower level of a newly built home. This private guest area has a lounge, dinning, and kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and a bathroom. Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Washer/dryer available upon request. Please review house rules before booking

Although there is no reason to leave this oasis, shopping and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Let us know what your favorite ice cream is and we will have it waiting for you in the freezer when you check in. Situated a few walkable blocks from downtown, wedding venues, restaurants, breweries and the waterfront. Approximately 8 miles from Ripken Stadium.

The Belevdere Lodge of Evesham Park

The Belevdere Lodge of Evesham Park is not as pretentious as it sounds. As you walk in, the first floor is filled with cheery colors to greet your party. The living room is comfortable and cozy. The dinning room is great for family dinners or having a meal on the road that's not in a restaurant. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils to use to cook a great homemade meal.
