Nashville is 1.5 hours for those wanting a day trip to the city and Land Between the Lakes is 20 minutes for those seeking outdoor adventures!

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

The Relaxation Station/No additional pet fees

Take a deep breath and relax in this home located on the Muddy Fork Little River. There are two acres of wooded, totally private, and serene but steep land (backyard only). Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or a quick getaway. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

Woodland Trails

Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

The Duvall House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Mexico. Stay a night as you're passing through, or stay a week and enjoy the great outdoors. We're conveniently located in the middle of a no hotel/motel area. Lake Barkley and Venture River in Eddyville are just a short 20 min drive away! This luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1900 square foot double condo is centrally located in downtown Paducah across the street from Maiden Alley, the Carson Center, and the Market House Theater. Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants.
