We were visiting first time to Trivandrum. it was with the visit, had a great stay & Manoj was a great host

Safar was a wonderful host and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was as described, clean and the kitchen is very good as we did lots of cooking. The outside area is great to relax and there is a roof for Yoga. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The area itself is peaceful and away from the hustle and business of the cliff. There is a really great shop nearby that has everything you’d likely need.

My parents stayed at this place for two days during the Attukal Pongala festival, and their experience was truly exceptional. Mr. Pradeep was an outstanding host, and his family went above and beyond to take care of my parents—not as tenants, but as beloved relatives. Their warmth, care, and hospitality made my parents feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple—with excellent connectivity and only a few kilometers from the railway station. The home was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and nestled in a serene environment, making the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank Mr. Pradeep and his family for their kindness, love, and care.

Well maintained property it was very clean with all the required facilities as mentioned in the details and owner was very friendly, before we called them they called and checked our arrival timings and provided good service( we went in group of 14 members) very comfortable stay we had and also worth the money.

The stay was outstanding, highly recommended place for both family and bachelor, but a lil bit hard to find the listing as it is inside the small narrow lane from the main road, apart from that well maintained and very well equipped with all the mentioned description

I had a wonderful week-long stay at this Airbnb while in Trivandrum for official meetings. The place was peaceful and felt just like home, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for work, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. A special mention to Sunil sir, our host, who was incredibly helpful, caring, and kind-hearted. He ensured that everything was taken care of, making my stay smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to or staying in Trivandrum. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was perfect, really close to KIMS, which made things so much easier for us. A big thanks to Renjith—he was so understanding and helpful throughout our stay!

It was extremely good but the only issue we faced is that wifi password is not known clearly to the caretaker and so we find difficult for connectivity as there is not signal for any of the sim cards.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped—ideal for up to 4 people. It's conveniently located near the medical college, with plenty of hotels around. Accessibility by bus and auto is high. Hassle-free check-in and check-out make the stay even more convenient. The owner is super-friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good stay, nice views, decent rooms. Swimming pool was in maintenance so was not available for full stay. Overall decent stay. Thanks!
