Quietly situated in North Winton Village, Red House is uniquely well located. It is on a peaceful street a few blocks from restaurants, bars, and the local library. It is close to I490 and I590, but far enough away to avoid road noise. It is a short drive to groceries, hiking, kayaking, UofR, RIT, Nazareth, St John Fisher, and the hospitals. When you’re not out enjoying the neighborhood, you can get cozy in the sunny family room, three season room, or backyard with deck and garden.
