The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Double cabins with Finnish hot tubs (Adults only, charges apply for wood/firelighters). Twin cabins pet/child friendly. Double cabins pet/child friendly.

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Minutes walk from the train station and high street, a walk up steep hill will take you to the cathedral quarter. Directly opposite on the waterfront you have a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema, the university & Engine Shed venue. Due to the central city centre location you may experience some foot fall noise, evenings/weekends.

We want to share with you a piece of Lincolnshires best kept secret. With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.
