Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated carparking. WiFi, Sky TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.

Coastal towns of Skegness, Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes, Market town of Horncastle, Dambusters famous Woodall Spa & Lincoln Cathedral are within local area. Ramblers rejoice! There are many picturesque walks nearby.

St Margaret’s - 12th Century church conversion

Get a real taste for England’s history by staying in this converted Norman Church! This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

Secluded High Beacon Cottage, Lincolnshire Wolds

Secluded High Beacon Cottage is situated on one of the highest points of the Lincolnshire Wolds with amazing views of the rolling Wolds countryside, with Lincoln Cathedral and the coast of Norfolk visible on a clear day. Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
