Lakeshore Retreat at Tattershall Lakes. Our luxury lakeside log cabin has been fully refurbished inside and out ready to welcome guests to this retreat away from everyday life. Our lakeside garden is pretty unique for Tattershall Lakes, fenced and fully private with a massive 40 meters of private lake frontage, lakefront sun deck with loungers, fire pit with seating and bbq grill, dining patio that gets the evening sun and a shady veranda for watching lake life. Oh yes and the sunken hot tub!

The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.
