The Mapleton is super modern and packed full of modern technology, massive media wall with ambient lighting. It’s like having your own personal cinema every time you visit. In the second bedroom, you get 3’ wide single beds for that extra bit of space, with standard single beds in the third room.

With your own private gate from the garden up through the pine trees, you are met by the wonderful panorama of the creek and the ever-changing views of this tidal area of the Humber estuary, with stunning sunrises and sunsets offering wildlife in abundance for nature lovers and water sports for the more active family.

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. This is a characterful chalet with a large enclosed garden.
