Great spot for a long weekend! Wonderful location close to the beach and local wineries. Richard was a great host offering lots of recommendations and clear instructions for check in and using available amenities.

Beautiful large home, clean linens, plenty of towels, bathtub worked great. John was very responsive and helpful. Slept 9 people comfortably. The living room area was cozy with an indoor fireplace and the kitchen was large with a large oven and dishwasher. Five minute easy walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Highly recommend this place.

Wow!! The perfect peaceful getaway that is close to everything!! Tucked away off the road the house is quiet with a beautiful yard. The interior is both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted. Andrew is a great host and an excellent communicator. We only wished we could have stayed longer!! The question isn’t will we come back, it’s simply when!

Honestly probably the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in, and we use AirBnb a lot. The place is immaculate, and everything seemed brand new. It is even much nicer than the photos online show, and I feel it's even bigger than the pictures show. I forgot my charger at the unit, and she contacted me right away and saved it for me. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. The location is great, on a quiet dead end street. The neighborhood is very quiet. 10 minute drive to Southampton Village and just a few minutes from Ponquogue Ocean beach. The backyard is huge and pretty. The rooms are sunny and bright. Everything seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were pristine. Kitchen had coffee, and there is a Hampton Coffee 5 minutes away. Design and decor were really top notch. There is a little table and chairs outside. She leaves beach towels! There is even a little electric fireplace. A truly perfect stay and Ana is so nice! Can't wait to come back.

We absolutely loved Michael's cottage. It is a ~15 minute walk from the village and is on a quiet street. The cottage feels like a beach house but is very well appointed and homey. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The beach house was great. Instead of being on a road, it was on a green commons area that gave it a really relaxed neighborly feel. It was a very easy and pleasant 1 minute stroll to the beach, where was a great pastry and shop, and restaurant, and some simply amazing views. Deb's communications were also great and check in went amazingly smoothly. Also the town of New Suffolk itself is quite charming, and is a perfect base for exploring vineyards, beaches, hiking trails and whatnot.

Danielle’s place was adorable and extremely clean! The kitchen was beautiful and the home felt cozy and homey. She was very responsive and a very kind host. I can’t recommend her enough and would absolutely rent from her again!

Grant’s home was the perfect escape. Clean, easily accessible, and an overall quiet retreat. Only a few minutes drive to beaches and restaurants. We loved every minute of our time there and look forward to staying here again!

Rich’s cottage was very comfortable for me and my 2 friends who came for a weekend winery getaway. The kitchen looked newly renovated and each of the bedrooms were comfortable. Also, the cottage had a nice deck in the back to relax on. Location was a short walk to a public beach and driving distance to many restaurants and wineries. We had a great stay.

I stayed for 17 nights during September. Would highly recommend Katharine’s charming beach cottage to any traveler looking to spend time in Sag Harbor. The home is full of light. Spent many evenings enjoying dinner outside on the deck. I didn’t have a car but I brought my bike from the city. The walk into the main Sag Harbor village takes 35 mins, or 10 mins bike.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

Das Haus war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die ganze Austattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig - Pool, Poolhaus, Kino, Küche, Zimmer.... alles top ausgestattet. Carmelo ist ein toller und grosszügiger Gastgeber. Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus - es war in allen Belangen wie ein Traum. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Doug’s place is at a great spot. I stayed for five days and it is cute and comfortable just a few minutes walk from the beach. If you plan to stay more than two-three days and prepare some food at the place you would need to take out your trash at some point since there is no room service. The place is overall outdated but that was not that important to us. It may benefit from a good deep cleaning and some minor decorative updates for more appeal. It’s a good place for the price and it’s location. I’d recommend it.

Beautiful location right on the Bay. This is a well loved multi-generation family vacation home. We had a wonderful two weeks’ stay at Naomi‘s house with our adult children. The kitchen has everything you could need, there are plenty of beds for everyone, and the view never gets old. Naomi was super responsive, and answered our every question.

Maggie is a five star host and she has thought of everything!! We did not need to pack a single thing! We have been staying in this area every August for the last 13 years and our stay this year was the best by far! Maggie is extremely responsive and has really thought of everything you could need. The house is beautiful and clean and has every appliance/bakeware/dish you need. We normally drag our kayak, bikes, paddlebaord etc with us but this year, it was all there waiting for us. We could not have asked for anything else, really. We are a family of five and were very comfortable and even had my nieces and nephew sleep over some nights. There is plenty of room and generous living space and a big, beautiful backyard. Water views and steps from the beach, easy to get the kayaks and paddleboards in for water activities with the kids. Hoping to make our stay at Maggie’s a yearly tradition!!
