Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.

We also have private off street dedicated parking and are located in one of the top areas in Austin. Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.
