Has a large private driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars which is a huge bonus especially in summer at long beach. It’s the first floor of a 2 family house with 2 separate entrances. Only the bottom unit is rented out. I use the top unit for beach getaways. It’s a block away from the beach.Supermarket / liquor / beer stores are less than a block walking distance. $50 dog fee

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
