Modern studio + two bicycles in cozy Liskwartier!

Willebrordus is een moderne studio (met 2 fietsen) in een van de gezelligste wijken van Rotterdam: het Liskwartier! De studio heeft een voor- en achterkamer. In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Ahoy Rotterdam

!!! Not convenient for people with mobility problems - lots of stairs! ✔ There is a shared antrance with the hosts.✔ Charming place in the south of Rotterdam. The apartament - second floor- consist the bathroom, a livingroom with work space, a fully equipped kitchen and separate shower. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. The space is perfect for 2-4 people.

The studio is conveniently located on the ground floor. It's a private space equipped with all comforts. Easy setup sleeping couch, kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal, table and chairs, Nespresso coffee machine & water cooker. The comfortable bathroom has a showercabinet, sink and toilet. Kaappark, bright parkview apartment.

Recently renovated, modern and bright apartment in lively Katendrecht, one of the most wanted places in Rotterdam. The apartment has a wonderful park view and is located near the Fenix Food Factory, Hotel New York and the Steam Ship Rotterdam. Rotterdam center (and also the Ahoy/Eurovision song festival) is only a 10 minute bike ride away.
