Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Wunderschöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung am Weingut in Rossatz in der Wachau. Idyllische Lage, inmitten der Weingärten gelegen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Donau-Radweg, also der perfekte Ausgangsort für eine Radtour entlang der Donau, gemütliche Spaziergänge, Wanderungen entlang des Welterbesteigs und vieles mehr. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 komplett neu saniert. Ideal für Familien, zwei Erwachsene & zwei Kinder! dogfriendly :-)

Zum Donauradweg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eigener Parkplatz sehr Nahe gelegen, Abstellmöglichkeiten von Fahrrädern vorhanden.
