Private, spacious, comfortable annex in a rural setting with south facing views overlooking unspoilt countryside. Perfect for 2/4 people, the Den features a fully fitted kitchen and dining area downstairs, along with a comfortable lounge and bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite toilet / shower. The upstairs bedroom boasts a double bed in a large room with built in wardrobes & ensuite toilet / shower. The Den has a private entrance and enclosed garden, safe for children. Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Cottage Annex on our family farm overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is perfect for that quiet getaway. Pets are allowed. We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Great for families and groups!

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. With a bar, snooker room, TV room, 64mbps WIFI, darts, foosball, boardgames, gas fired BBQ, and huge garden, there is lots to do. This former Inn has loads of character and is very conveniently located near the A1 giving easy access to many of the attractions in the area.
