E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Situated in a picturesque location on the side of the arrigle valley the cottage has been lovingly restored to its original build. The cottage has all modern conveniences while keeping its old charm. The perfect retreat for small families, friend trips, those home to visit or relocating.

A perfect base to explore the Copper Coast, its many beaches and the Comeragh Mountains all within 10km. The property is situated in a quiet residential area making it suitable for all. We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!
