This cozy upstairs studio apartment is 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, & a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital. It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. Very cozy condo with lots of natural light located in the heart of the city. You will find that having a car won’t be needed and everything is walkable. The condo does come with WiFi, a very comfortable Tempur-Pedic bed with a 55” 4K smart Tv in the bed room and living room. Like coffee? Well we have a keurig and as well located next door to Star-bucks. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest. This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.

Our space is cozy, clean, and appointed with what you need to enjoy Greenville. It includes a comfortable king sized bed and a living area in addition to a small kitchen. A compact refrigerator, small oven and microwave are available for your use. It is a bright space in daytime, but lights are on dimmers to create a sweet ambiance in evening time. The neighborhood is eclectic but quiet and safe. You won't be disappointed!
