The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff: A Romantic Retreat

Escape to The Hidden Haven at Derry Duff; a unique, stylish, luxury farm-stay lodge, in a secluded corner of our organic West Cork hill farm, just 20 minutes from Bantry and Glengarriff. We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. The Hidden Haven offers a romantic farm-stay experience with the space to reconnect, unwind, and rest surrounded by the quiet rhythm of nature.

Loghouse DunSidhe, Ballydehob,West Cork.

Situated beside our farm, private and secluded, our loghouse is just 6km from the Ballydehob village and 13km from Schull. West Cork has much to offer : For walkers and sightseers explore the three peninsula's : Mizen, Sheeps Head and Beara, as well as the islands incl. Sherkin and Cape Clear. For culinary lovers check out quirky cafes like Budds (Ballydehob ) or 2 * Michelin Custom House (Baltimore). There are many beautiful beaches with boat trips and sailing/surfing/kayaking available

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

Das süße Tinyhaus mit angebautem Wintergarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage auf Sheeps Head am Wild Atlantic Way, bietet Ruhe, Erholung, Entschleunigung und ist ideal, um West Cork und die irische Südwestküste zu erkunden. Es befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück rund 3 km von Durrus entfernt, neben dem Haupthaus, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und eigenen Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, eine davon mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, über die Dunmanus Bay bis Mizen Head.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and totally private getaway. Set on 17 acres of rural unspoilt wilderness. The property has a private lake, stunning views undestrubed by modern life and urban lighting. Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, restuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away. This unique and tranquil getaway.

Kilcomane Cottage

Welcome to Kilcomane Cottage! Set in the idilic landscape of West Cork. Overlooking Dunmanus bay, this generously sized cottage boasts breathtaking views and is situated equidistant from the towns of Bantry, Schull, Ballydehob and Goleen. This newly renovated 150 year old building has a comprehensive modern kitchen and dining area, while maintaining a country cottage atmosphere. Situated on a small farm, it offers seclusion while only being a few minutes drive from many local attractions.

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin The stunning seascape changes every day in front of the nautical themed Fastnet Cabin. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.

The Boathouse - Seclusion by the sea

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Seaside Cottage with mountain views & waterfall

Waterfall lodge is a 100 year old stone built cottage, full of old world charm, with all the mod cons. It is on the Sheep's Head Peninsula, with both mountain and sea views. And with your own waterfall right beside the house, you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity it brings. A 5 minute walk down the mountain brings you to a roadside beach where you can watch the sun go down. Whether its a romantic getaway or a few days of mindfulness, you won't be disappointed.

The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

The Cabin Schull

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The Cabin Schull is at the foot of Mt. Gabriel. 2 kilometres from the beautiful village of Schull and it’s magnificent harbour and pretty little shops, pubs, restaurants and people. This is an ideal space to explore West Cork, the Mizen, Sheep’s Head and Beara Peninsula as well as the Islands and the iconic Fastnet Rock Lighthouse. With scenic walks, cycling and sailing.
