Peoco flat: a sunny nest, full of character

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. It 'absolutely perfect for a romantic couple as it is ideal for a family with children.

A pochi passi dal mare elegante appartamento finemente ristrutturato a Luglio 2022 nella prestigiosa ed esclusiva zona di Duna Fiorita (Caorle). Piscina ad uso esclusivo del residence. La piscina è liberamente utilizzabile dal mese di Maggio a Settembre, chiedere per i giorni precisi di inizio e fine utilizzo stagionali della piscina. Tennis e Padel prospicienti l'appartamento e utilizzabili (a pagamento).
