Inside, is an open plan lounge & dining, well-equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom with large shower and luxury local made toiletries. Outside, has an enclosed private patio with hot tub, fire pit, bbq and seating area. The perfect place to relax and experience the Lake District mountain and enjoy seeing our Highland Cows and other animals on the farm.

Situated on a working sheep farm with stunning panoramic views. We are based within walking distance from the town of Maybole which offers great transport links. We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. Loudoun Mains Luxury Lodge # 1

These luxury hand built designer private studios are set in the hills overlooking the Ayrshire countryside with truly breathtaking views. They have been lovingly created specifically for the most romantic of hideaways where all your cares just melt away. Each Lodge has its own fully enclosed private deck to keep you protected from the elements so you can while away in the Hot Tub enjoying each others company. Our spacious boutique lodges are open plan with a full kitchen, and media wall.

Set in the beautiful area of Lambrigg just outside kendal south Lake District and near Windermere overlooking the stunning views of the Howgill fells. We currently have 3 luxury pods that all come with their own private hot tub. Sleep up to 4 people. Central heating. Peaceful location. Dog friendly. Child friendly. Hob, microwave, fridge freezer. Bedding and towels provided. Fully equipped (utensils,cutlery ect Come and relax and unwind and take in the breathtaking views and scenery.

Tarset Tor - Bothy Cabin 5

Our Brand NEW for 2023 self builds are fitted with Biomass pellet stoves which heat the space and hot water. They are toasty warm all year round. They have stunning views down the North Tyne valley with views extending toward Kielder Forest and the Scottish Border. Tarset Tor is set in 5 acres of it's own land and boasts a '5 a side' football pitch, wildlife pond, Children's play park, a Sauna and a Woodland bar area know as Hillbilly's. This unique place has a style all of it's own.

The Partridge Hut

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Situated on the banks of the River Irthing, and a short walk from Lanercost, this is the perfect stop for walkers exploring Hadrian's Wall Country or for anyone simply wanting to connect with nature and switch off. At Holmehead there are 2 huts, The Pheasant and The Partridge Huts, with a holiday cottage coming soon, making it a great place for a family or group holiday.
