Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. It is only 24sq mtr total unit. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
