If you are looking for a secluded, peaceful, and gorgeous country setting with gated security, this is the home for you. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 spacious bath home has been recently completely renovated from top to bottom. All new appliances including washer/dryer. It can accommodate large groups comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful wrap around porches that overlook a huge lake. This 5 acre property is just 1/2 mile from the Tackett trailhead and is legally accessible by OHV from our driveway.

Whether you are looking to hit the trails or wanting a beautiful scenic getaway, this is your home! We are between the Royal Blue & Tackett trail system so no need to trailer your SxS with trails 10 min in either direction. After a long day kick back and enjoy our hot tub & game room! Looking to travel and site see...Norris Lake 30min, Knoxville 1hr, Pigeon Forge 1 1/2hr, and Gatlinburg 2hr.

Enjoy all the scenery of Bell county in this creekside cabin. Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

Off The Tracks ATV Spot 4 Royal Blue & Tackett

Welcome to your 100+ year old riding cabin. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2024. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 4 acre property. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
