The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is in a quiet subdivision on a large double lot facing a dead end street. The home is a 1/2 mile from Ozark Medical Center while City water park, shopping, dining, Country Club, MSU and historic downtown West Plains are all within a short distance. There is easy access to and from the main highway without the noise. The house is spacious with lots of room to stretch out, both inside and outside.

River Bluff Hideaway is a brand new construction located on a private lane overlooking the Piney River in the Ozarks. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch and take in the stunning river views or explore the nearby hiking trails, River Bluff Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. You may even see some eagles 🦅

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Just minutes from Big Piney River, Mark Twain national Forest, and Ozark National scenic River ways! Nestled in the pines on the outskirts of town you will think you are hours from anyone! Sit around the fire pit by the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! Piney River Brewery is just minutes away with River access in almost every direction!

Rustic home w/hot tub on peaceful goat farm

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in our unique country home, located on our goat cheese dairy in the Missouri Ozarks. Visit with the goats, soak in the hot tub, walk down by the creek, sip your coffee on the gazebo by the pond or the deck, stream a movie on WIFI, get some work done in a calm environment, do it all, or just get a good night's sleep! Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Janie Holler Hide-a-way

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

Cozy Country Studio

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Our studio is the perfect getaway or stop along your travels. Full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and wi-fi. Enjoy our 1/2 mile nature trail, woodland picnic area with fire pit, & playground! Accommodates up to 3 adults + a baby, 2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children. Cannot house 4 adults. (See bed arrangements!)

Cute Ozark Mtn cabin in the woods: a quiet escape

The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

Gardner Wildlife Getaway, Wasola Missouri

The fully furnished log cabin will sleep 5 to 6 adults comfortably with one queen and three twin beds. Additional amenities include: full refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer/dryer and small TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and bath tub. The cabin is on a working ranch surrounded by woods and pastures with food plots and wildlife ponds. It is a great place for 4-wheeling. We are very near 2 rivers which are great for kayaking.

Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
