It's minutes from Mansfield Dam, with a boat launch and the famous Oasis restaurant close by. Drive to SXSW, Austin City Limits, the Austin Rodeo, and Formula 1. You will need a car to get around. You can also ride bikes and it’s a real pretty part of Austin’s Hill Country. Ride Shares like Uber and Lyft are available as well. I hope you have a great time here

Elegant Hillside Home Near Volente on Lake Travis

We are actually NOT near Leander, we just have a Leander address. We are near Volente and Lake Travis. ** If you wish to only rent out the upstairs of the home instead of the entire house for a lower nightly rate, please message me! ** Enjoy this hilltop spacious home with rustic decor. Lake Travis is currently having a drought and there is not water under the dock. The home is truly beautiful and the property is huge. Please note, this location is not good for giant loud parties.

This unique home is nestled in the trees of Austin's Hill Country while overlooking the cliffs of Lake Travis. This newly remodeled home has window views that will make you feel as if you were living among the tree tops. The grounds show off huge limestone rocks and thoughtfully places trees. There is a firepit for the cooler weather and a outdoor grill. A two minute walk to lake where you will love the limestone bottom lake that holds clear blue water.

Lake Austin Waterfront with Volleyball and Kayaks

"OOO-AHH" lake get-away. Sand volleyball, kayaks, Lily pad, strong WiFi. Custom home with cedar flooring & exposed beams. Feels like middle of nowhere but world class spa & great restaurants are near. Famous sunset at the Oasis on Lake Travis 7 miles away, 35 minutes from DT Austin. Noise is good....kids squealing and puppies playing. Fire pit and an owner shared hot-tub. With 2 parking spaces and 1 bath we book groups of 6 or less.
