Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

"Noresire" Stunning Grd Floor Country Garden Flat

Our beautiful garden flat sits on the site of one of the oldest Nurseries in England. Renovated & refurbished this 2 bedroomed luxury flat is in a quaint village in the heart of the Somerset country. Enjoy a stylish and homely experience at this completely newly renovated flat located in the centre of Ilminster in Somerset within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideally located to explore the beautiful town of Ilminster and Alice Temperley's Phoenix Studios shops as well as the surrounding towns and villages like Bruton, Frome and Castle Cary. The flat is also only half an hour from Lyme Regis on the south coast. Owner on site as we run the interiors and fashion shop below.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Parking, peace and quiet and use of a pretty courtyard garden, it's the perfect place to break a journey or stay for longer to explore the glorious countryside or visit the Jurassic Coast.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Ideal base for exploring the grounds or for venturing on foot or bike to the local pubs and beauty spots. Sleeps 8 across 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite), and 1 twin. Relax; sit and gaze down the avenue of tulip trees; prepare a feast in the well equipped kitchen. 2 dogs on request.

Lovingly converted barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting perfect for families or groups of friends, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Both bedrooms have ensuite showers, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside are tables and chairs and a gas BBQ for eating al fresco. An all weather tennis court and bicycles are available for guests to use.
