This secluded “1850 sq ft” hideaway is on the edge of city limits. It has been completely remodeled to make your stay more enjoyable. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or BBQ with friends under the shade of a giant Sycamore tree. It is a short drive from Elk River a popular floating location. Several campgrounds rent canoes, rafts, and kayaks. Area has many known routes that are enjoyed by motorcycle riders. 2 hour drive from Branson, home of Silver Dollar City and Dolly Pardon’s Stampede.

Built in the late 1800s, this historic Victorian era home has many unique features, including original sliding partition doors, stained glass windows, and intricate wood trim. New additions include: remodeled and updated spaces with an electric fireplace and a spiral staircase leading to third floor suite. The backyard has a deck and entertaining area that features a stage and pond, plus 2 more bathrooms. With cozy and modern furnishings, this home is perfect for hosting family and friends!

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 110 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Boutique B&B | Flor De Leon Historic Home

Our home was originally built in 1905 by the somewhat notorious cigar manufacturer, Leon S. Boucher. The Flor De Leon was a popular brand of cigars that L.S. Boucher manufactured and sold here in downtown Joplin. My wife and I have lovingly renovated our home over the past year by combining its original historic charm with our own modern/eclectic style. We are particularly proud of the kitchen, bathrooms, and sunroom! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!

We built this Natural Oak Log home in 1991. We cut the logs off of this place! Our family actually draw knifed the bark off each log:) and hammered each spike in. It sits on 25 acres.
