Disposta su 2 livelli: al piano terra bagno di servizio con lavatrice, cucina e soggiorno con divano tv. Al piano superiore bagno con doccia ampia e 3 camere da letto.Complessivamente può ospitare 7 persone. Area esterna: ampio patio per pranzare all'esterno con tavolo e barbecue, giardino con dondolo/sdraio e scaletta per scendere in spiaggia

Litore Domus: Cilla è un'incantevole oasi al piano superiore della nostra struttura, a soli 10 metri dal mare cristallino di San Lucido (CS). E' un villino indipendente dotato di tutti i comfort moderni: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cucina attrezzata e ampi spazi all'aperto. Perfetta per una pausa dalla routine quotidiana. La vicinanza al mare e la serenità del posto offrono un'esperienza di totale relax, dove il suono delle onde e l'atmosfera tranquilla rendono ogni soggiorno unico e memorabile.

De moderne villa heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee en het bergachtige achterland en is gelegen op 6500 m2 grond op de grens van een Nationaal Park en is omringd door ongerepte natuur. Het is een wandelparadijs en ligt op enkele autominuten van één van de mooiste kusten van Italië. De inrichting is licht en modern, met antieke elementen zoals de oude kastanje houten deuren, de antieke olijfkruiken en de vintage lampen. De villa heeft een verwarmd zwembad dat beschikbaar is vanaf 1 mei.

Een villa met 4 appartementen en 2 huizen met zwembad op 2 hectare grond, natuur midden in een nationaal park. Met in de zomer een buitenrestaurant onder de olijfboom waar u kunt genieten van Italiaanse gerechten of pizza. Geschikt voor rustzoekers, gezinnen met kinderen en zelfs groepen tot 40 personen.

Casa vacanza nuova trilocale (circa 120 mq) con un ingresso indipendente fronte mare di recente costruzione, situata nella contrada Ser Luca Calabaia a due passi dal Lungomare di Belvedere Marittimo (Cs). Posizione incredibile a 10 mt dal mare che rende la vista stupenda. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido. La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.
