Fairfield Loft, Ashover - Village hideaway for two

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down with a drink or two in one of the friendly local pubs.

There is on street parking, a park 2 mins walk away, a bus to Nottingham and Loughborough, pubs & restaurants, and we’re close to East Mids Airport, Donington Park & Willow Marsh Farm. The property is a contemporary studio with living space and kitchenette, separate shower room, king bed and seating area with 3/4 sofa bed (available when booking for 3 or 4 adults). Located in a building formerly known as Glossop Road Baths, this bright city center flat is in a quiet street next door to all the restaurants and bars of West Street and Division Street. Part of the Sheffield University area and with 2 tram stops about 100 yards away, giving direct access to the train station and the Arena, this flat is the ideal location for discovering Sheffield. Our flat has been refurbished and should offer every thing you’ll need for either a short or long stay.

Light, spacious 1 bedroom loft apartment. Stone built with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Double bedroom with TV and en-suite. Main living area has a large L shaped sofa which converts into a King sized bed. Dining table seating 4 comfortably, 42” smart TV; fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Belfast sink and dish-washer. Porch with coat and boot racks, washing machine, and freezer. Bathroom number 2 is off the porch and includes a shower over the bath.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.

Edge of Sheffield hideaway by the peaks

Situated on the North West edge of Sheffield, we are in the Peak District, with superb walks, reservoirs, pubs, a golf course and more just a few minutes away. We are also close to halls of residence for Sheffield universities, with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive for jaunts into town. The accommodation is a self contained apartment above our detatched garage, with its own access and everything you need for a getaway in the peaks.

The Courtyard Loft, with Japanese Whirlpool Bath

Located on a small equine farm, in the heart of the Peak District, the Courtyard Loft has a truly idyllic setting for a short break. With a balcony facing east, you can sit and watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, head out onto the hills in the afternoon, then relax in the outdoor Japanese whirlpool bath in the evening. This is a beautiful get away just for adults, perfect for romantic breaks in Derbyshire.
