Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. A beautiful 300 year old house in a Derbyshire village setting. Private access to your accommodation. A lovely en-suite private bathroom with bath and shower adjoins the bedroom and a cosy sitting room beyond. Off road parking. Circular pub walks from the doorstep. Within easy reach of Alton Towers, Chatsworth, Kedleston Hall, Crich Tramway, and the Derbyshire Peak District. But you really don't need to drive anywhere if you just want to chill out, as there are lots of things to do nearby.

There will always be a warm welcome at The Old Stables. We have a lovely double room available. TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a continental breakfast are provided. You have your own private bathroom, with a large walk in shower & roll top bath. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. A larger en-suite bedroom is also available to book, with a TV and drink making facilities.
