It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. Has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee pot. Has a Murphy bed downstairs, and a loft with space for an air mattress. Please use caution on ladder stairs.
