Only a 2 minute walk from Eisenhower State Park and 10 minute drive to downtown Denison. You will have everything you need from a lake and trail adventure to a day of exploring downtown Denison, visiting coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, farmers market and more!

The Pine on Green Acres

Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

The Charming Magnolia

Relax in this centenarian, charming home that sits next to a gorgeous magnolia tree overlooking a spacious corner. Just a short walking distance from the historical downtown Main Street in Denison to visit all of the local pubs, restaurants, and shops. In the summers, take a small 17 mile drive to Lake Texoma to cool off. There is plenty of parking to bring your boat. On the other side of the river is Choctaw Casino and Resort. Unwind by a nice firepit in the backyard with friends and family.

Beautiful large oversized loft with over 3500 sq ft. Located in a historic building in downtown Denison. Has a large patio and is equipped with Gigaone internet, and a gym. Just across the street you will find good food and live music on our very popular Main St that also has adorable shops, restaurants, arcade and axe throwing. This large open floorplan allows for great entertaining and a perfect place to relax after exploring this beautiful area.
