Fishing rods & pedal boat for use. 2 miles to Publix & CVS, 42 mins to Universal, 56 to Disney & 30 mins to the Daytona Race track. How about a psychic reading at Cassadega. Garage space isn't available. Access to laundry room is granted.

The location is a mile from Sumter Landing and a stone's throw from the two pools, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball. The best way to see it all is by the golf cart!!!
