I recently booked this property in Noida Sector 94 through Airbnb, and I must say—what an extraordinary experience it has been! The host, Ameesha, is a true Superhost in every sense of the word. From the moment of booking until check-out, she was just a call away—always available, always helpful, and incredibly gracious in guiding us through every detail. As for the apartment—words fall short. The moment the remote-controlled curtains slowly draw back, you’re greeted by a breathtaking panorama: the serene Yamuna flowing gently, the metro gliding past in rhythm, vehicles caught in traffic forming a glowing garland of lights, the distant hum of airplanes, and the melodic chirping of birds—it all weaves together into a mesmerizing, almost cinematic experience. The property itself is sheer perfection. Every element seems handpicked with impeccable taste. From the premium finishes to the spotlessly maintained rooms, from the ultra-comfortable bed to the state-of-the-art amenities…

Our stay was wonderful. The place had its own sound system, allowing us to play music late into the night. The beds were spacious and could comfortably fit three people. While food could be ordered, the delivery time was quite long, and there were no quick delivery services like Zepto or Blinkit. It’s best to bring plenty of snacks and ready-to-eat items like Maggi. The caretaker was kind enough to get us milk and bread in the morning. The property is peaceful and serene, with a great pool. Since it’s quite far from the city, it’s advisable to travel during the day and arrange transportation in advance if possible. The host was also very responsive and adjusted our price through Airbnb support when one of our friends bailed.

I had a good experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described comfortable and well-equipped. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We had a wonderful stay. The check in process was smooth and even though we checked in late the host was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment was beautifully done up, clean, spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Would definitely be visiting again!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. Sumit ji was incredibly responsive and helpful and making check-in and check-out seamless.

Very cozy place, I’m happy that found this 😊 I liked the design and colors, but the key thing that influenced was the small wooden table, the swing on the balcony and all the accessories for spices in the kitchen. It was important for me to feel at home, and I feel like that here. All these little things turned out to be important, thank you for them😊 This is an ideal place for me to work and live, the only downside is that I can hear my neighbors when they talk in the entrance and slam the doors, but overall it is a quiet place to live, at night I sometimes use earplugs for this. For sure I will be back

This was my second stay at Chetan's place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The apartment is fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Chetan is an exceptional host. He always responds quickly to any questions and immediately takes care of anything you need. Highly recommend!
