WINTER ADVISORY: Snow & ice may be present on the driveway & walkways. 4WD/AWD/All Season Tires recommended. Practice caution when walking & driving in the mountains. Relax - Play - Enjoy! The best of two worlds: a sophisticated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Contemporary with all the creature comforts - all this on just under 8 acres in a picturesque back country setting with majestic mountain views, and even a small pond. Welcome to Amber Lake Lodge, our lakefront retreat sitting on 14 acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

Berushka Cottage: 9 min to Belleayre, Views, WFH

Cozy 2 bedroom cabin with beautiful mountain views and strong work from home WIFI! 2 hrs from NYC and 9 min to Belleayre skiing (and lake swimming in summer) and Spillian venue. We love this wooded property which is private but not desolate. At the top of a hill up a distance from a quiet road we have great views of the mountains. We love seeing wildlife on the property including turkeys, deer, bunnies, chipmunks, hawks, and lots of birds. A relaxing getaway from it all! @berushka_cottage on IG

The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.
