WINTER ADVISORY: Snow & ice may be present on the driveway & walkways. 4WD/AWD/All Season Tires recommended. Practice caution when walking & driving in the mountains. Relax - Play - Enjoy! The best of two worlds: a sophisticated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Contemporary with all the creature comforts - all this on just under 8 acres in a picturesque back country setting with majestic mountain views, and even a small pond. Plenty of highlights in the saltbox-like residence. Brand new stranded bamboo floors in the cathedral ceiling great room and bedrooms. Welcome to Amber Lake Lodge, our lakefront retreat sitting on 14 acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. Amber Lake Lodge sits just outside Livingston Manor, a quaint-turned-trendy town just a 1hr 45min drive from NYC's George Washington Bridge. With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, the house can sleep 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends.

The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.
