So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

We were very happy with our stay. Wonderful access to the beach and close to Downtown Cocoa Beach. The home was clean but the bathroom is small for a family or two couples. Overall great experience.

William’s place was perfect for us! It was a safe neighborhood, secure home, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to get started. William is extremely responsive and helpful as needed, while also honoring privacy. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

Chad and Lindsey were great hosts. We appreciated their hospitality. The home was very nice. the area is great it location is close to everything you need. Our month long stay was a great value and well worth cost. We would highly recommend Chad and Lindsey's place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

We could not have asked for more while staying at Club Mills! It’s clear that Brent truly cares about the guest experience - it was incredibly thoughtful to have the fridge stocked with some cold bottles of water. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to gain entry through the app (so much so that we are going to buy that lock for our own home). Oftentimes, AirBnBs have a keypad that you have to type a code into. Using the app made it so much easier! Overall, the place was immaculate and we really enjoyed our time there. I absolutely would love to stay again when we find ourselves back in Orlando.

This place was an absolute gem—super cozy, super cute, and just what I needed. The host was on it! Had a lock issue when I arrived, and he fixed it faster than I could say “Airbnb.” But let’s talk about the real MVP: Mr. Grey Goose, the resident cat. I’m not even a cat person, but this guy greeted me like we were old friends—both when I arrived and when I left. Five stars just for him alone. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfy stay…with purr-sonality!

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

I could write a novel about how amazing Melanie’s condo is! We felt like this was a home away from home! The view is out of this world and the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless. If you can think of it Melanie had it. Everything from beach towels to spices for cooking steak to detergent to sunscreen. It was quiet and felt very safe. My kids loved waking up to the views of the sunrise every morning and they are already asking when we can go back! All of the residents in the building were incredibly friendly to us and we felt very welcome :)

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Thank you Enrico for sharing your place. We will definitely be back when we come back to Daytona from Ohio.! Sheila McCallister

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
