CAN MINDUS 3: This is one of the three houses that make up the Can Mindus house, from the 19th century. The 3 houses can be rented separately or the whole house. Large garden of almost 3,000 m2, swimming pool and parking. Each house has a garden for private use. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.
