Come and visit our modern and cozy 3 bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in the heart of Canyons Village Park City Mountain, only 30 min from Salt Lake City Airport! Ski run and the new 10 person SUNRISE GONDOLA are right outside our window, new for this winter 2025/26! Ski RENTALS are in our building too! Ski school and the other gondola (Red Pine) are also steps away. Also you have your own PELOTON bike!

Stylish Deer Valley Condo, Resort Views, Hot Tub!

Winter is here and this condo in Deer Valley is the perfect getaway! With an enviable location, hot tub, boot dryers, and ski storage in the garage, this is a simply wonderful place for families to relax before hitting the slopes. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and boasts gorgeous countertops, and the cozy living room has a fireplace and a TV. With a King Master and a large queen over queen bunk bed, you can have all the space you need whether you're traveling with kids or extra guests.

This studio-loft condo is located in the Prospector Complex which is an ideal location within Park City. There are 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.
