The Carriage House at Arran Fell Farm

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Come and unwind and sleep in the hammock.Large firepit,outdoor games,animal interaction. Complimentary free range eggs, oj, butter, bagels,cream ,coffee and tea provided. Outdoor gazebo with bbq grill.Pick your own veggies when in season. Hike the trail or take a paddleboat or canoe on the pond. Try some fishing, interact with rescue animals. Tucked among tall trees and lush ferns, Brooke and Bow is a private woodland retreat full of charm and comfort. The open main floor features a cozy sitting area, pullout couch, full bath, full-size fridge, and a sweet little dining nook. Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a peaceful back deck with a small gas firepit beside a trickling waterfall. Upstairs, the loft offers a dreamy full bed. With Wi-Fi and easy access to I-88, it’s the perfect forest escape. 15 miles to Cooperstown All Star.

Little Red Lake House

Relax with the whole family at this comfy, newly renovated from top to bottom home. We have lakefront access on a very quiet road. The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!

Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

Our unique lodging is designed to provide a relaxing experience for 2-4 guests, with a focus on minimizing our environmental impact and supporting local ecological farming. (There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Our dome offers a breathtaking view of our 171-acre agroforestry land, hills and ponds, allowing you to truly connect with the natural beauty of the region.
