Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Clean 2 bedroom ranch located in Northwest Detroit close to the Redford border in a quiet neighborhood .The master Bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and the smaller room has a full size bed. The basement is finished with a extra queen size bed. Central air, fenced in back yard w/small patio, washer & dryer. Just 20 minutes from down Detroit. Note this house has a temp controlled thermostat that Max's at 72 degrees house will heat to 74 so if you like to run heat at 80 this house isnt for you.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
