The freshly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for an extended stay with family, and just right for a weekend away with friends. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and cute shops. A quick, ten-minute drive to Downtown Syracuse, Upstate University Hospital, and Syracuse University.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Modern apartment located in the Salt Springs neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. The apartment is located less than ten minutes from Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, Armory Square, Clinton Square, and Upstate University Hospital. This comfortable apartment features a kitchen, a stocked coffee station, 2 bedrooms, an office with a day bed, a beautiful dining room that seats 6, and a living room with a large flat screen TV. Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 for your pet(s).

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.
